The Moscow-based project FULLMOON STORIES, born from the creative partnership between vocalist Anton “Skald” Gruzinsky (Age of Rage, Restless Mind, AHTOH Skald) and keyboardist Viktor “Blackflame” (Esenta, Attorney Voice, Sapphire Dreams), has released a cover version of the cult classic “New Generation” by the legendary German band Scorpions.

The release, now available on all major digital streaming platforms, stands out not only for its high-quality production but also for bringing together several well-known musicians from the Moscow metal scene. Members of the power metal band Antillia took part in the recording, alongside two talented vocalists — Elga Serebryakova and Anna “KiaRa” Moiseeva. This collaboration gives the classic song a fresh perspective while preserving the energy and melodic spirit of the original.
Following the audio release, the project also premiered an official music video for “New Generation,” now available on the band’s official platforms.

FULLMOON STORIES is a relatively new but already notable creative project focused on both original material and unique reinterpretations of well-known rock and metal songs. One of the project’s defining features is its stylistic diversity: its discography ranges from elegant acoustic arrangements centered around piano to fully electric interpretations such as the new version of “New Generation.”
To date, the creative catalog of FULLMOON STORIES includes five releases, featuring covers of Finnish melodic metal acts such as “Tallulah” by Sonata Arctica and “Guardian Angel” by Tarot, as well as reinterpretations of Disturbed’s “Overburdened” and the immortal classic “Heaven and Hell” by Black Sabbath.
In addition, in 2025 the project unveiled its first original composition, “Last Light,” demonstrating its ambition to evolve beyond being purely a cover project.
