Blades Of Steel assina com selo europeu e lança faixa inédita "Hands of Fire"

 

Following the success of their self-titled debut album released in 2025, their collaboration with Prika Amaral on the single “Riders Of The Night", and the growing momentum of their career, Blades of Steel announces a deal with the Greek label Alone Records and the release of the brand-new track “Hands of Fire".



About the new single, the band’s vocalist and founder comments:

“This song was actually the first instrumental composition we created as a band. It was a huge challenge, and I think because it was our first, we really wanted it to be perfect. We previously released it as ‘Iron Hands,’ and it’s one of the fan-favorite tracks on the album. Now that we’re celebrating one year since the official physical release, we decided to mark the occasion by releasing a revamped version of this song, with different lyrics, a new interpretation, and, most importantly, a fresh production approach. We wanted something that reflects what we’ve done so far, while already bringing in influences we’ll explore on our next album. This song is about battle. And battle doesn’t necessarily mean war, it can be any adversity you face in life. Sometimes we go through moments where we need to be strong, and that’s what this song is about: being strong and never bowing your head. Even when life hurts you, you have to keep moving forward”.


The label will reissue the band’s self-titled debut album on CD across Europe on March 20, 2026, featuring exclusive content for fans. In addition to the new track, the physical edition will include “Riders of the Night”, previously available only on digital platforms.


The partnership with the European label strengthens Blades of Steel’s trajectory, offering listeners the chance to experience new versions and exclusive collaborations alongside the band’s classic material. “We hope more and more doors keep opening for us. We want to work hard and take our music to as many places as possible. We wanted to close the cycle of the previous album. We secured a deal with Alone Records from Greece, and we’re so happy about it! We wanted this new release to feature songs that are different from the previous album, so it stands apart from what was released in Brazil. The feeling of closing that chapter with this reissue is very rewarding. Releasing through a label outside our country is a dream come true,” says Yara Haag.


Blades of Steel also announced their participation in the ‘Aço Atômico Metal Fest,’ a special tour celebrating the 40th anniversary of the band Attomica, with dates in São Paulo (03/27 at Jai Club), Campinas (03/28 at Tetriz Club), and São José dos Campos (03/29 at Hocus Pocus).

Blades of Steel is a Brazilian traditional heavy metal band formed with the purpose of honoring and revitalizing the roots of the genre. In 2025, the band released their highly anticipated self-titled debut album, Blades of Steel, produced, mixed, and mastered by Rafael Augusto Lopes (Crypta). The album was released across all major streaming platforms, as well as in physical formats such as CD and cassette, embracing the aesthetics and experience of classic heavy metal.

One of the album’s highlights was the bonus track featuring a special guest appearance by Prika Amaral (Nervosa), accompanied by a cinematic music video. This collaboration marks an important step in expanding the band’s reach to new audiences and markets.

The release was praised for its authenticity and power, marking a significant phase in the band’s journey and establishing Blades of Steel as a rising force in the Brazilian and South American metal scenes.

Actually, the band is working on the compositions for their second album, scheduled for release in 2026. Blades of Steel keeps the flame of true heavy metal alive, combining tradition, power, and professionalism at every stage of their career.
