On September 18, Paltrow shared a photo gallery of moments from New York Fashion Week on Instagram.
In some photos, the famous star can be seen sitting front row at a fashion show, while in another she was relaxing with a drink. And so far, there's nothing out of the ordinary.
“The first photo is so real,” one person wrote in their comment, receiving more than 200 likes, to which another replied: “I agree! I hope more celebrities [realize] that we’re sick of flawless images. Real sells to me.”
Another wrote: “Okay, I REALLY like that frown and the normal wrinkles on a woman’s face. I don’t want injections, but (as an older Gen Xer myself) seeing a grown woman’s face with the necessary seriousness… 🔥.”
And another commented: “Wow, I’ll never see a real Furrowed Brow again!!! Gotta love it 😍 [Thanks] Gwyn 👏”
And another: “I’m glad you’re happy to post a normal photo of yourself with all the beauty that befits your age. "I'm tired of the ridiculous, unrealistic expectations of aging. Women can be beautiful at any age, with wrinkles, gray hair and all. I see some beautiful old ladies in my city, 80 and older, who dress well, have well-cut hair, carry themselves with dignity and look absolutely gorgeous."
